About me

A dietitian who treats people, not trends.

I've spent my career in the room with real people — thousands of them every year — untangling the confusion between what's healthy and what's marketing. From managing diabetes and heart disease to helping a new parent simply get dinner on the table, my work is grounded in clinical evidence and a deep respect for how people actually live.

This site is where I put that work into your hands: recipes I'd give my own patients, tools to make eating well easier, and writing that cuts through the noise. No guilt, no gimmicks — just food that loves you back.
